Privacy policy
The short version: I collect what I need to send you the Vault and keep in touch, I don't sell it, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
Who this covers
This policy covers vantagecoachingco.com.au, run by Nathan Brain trading as Vantage Coaching Co ("I", "me"). I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What I collect
- What you type into the Vault form: your first name, email, how many clients you train each week, what's hurting most, and whether you want to join the founding group list.
- Your Floor Audit answers, if you do one: how many floor conversations you had that week, where you stand on the floor and what you say first. I use them to write your reply.
- Where you came from, if the link you clicked said so (for example, a link from an Instagram post).
- A cookie that keeps the Vault open on your device, so you don't have to sign up again. It holds a random code, nothing else.
- Your connection's IP address, scrambled before it's stored, only to stop people spamming the form. These records are deleted after a day.
I don't use advertising trackers on this site.
What I use it for
- Sending you the Vault and a link to get back into it
- The occasional email with something useful, and news about Vantage programs, including the founding group if you asked to be on the list
- Understanding who the Vault is helping, so I can make it better
- Replying when you write to me
Who else handles it
I don't sell or rent your information. Two services store or process it on my behalf:
- Cloudflare runs this website and its database.
- Resend sends the emails.
Both may store data on servers outside Australia. I only share what they need to do that job.
Unsubscribing, access and deletion
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email nathan@vantagecoachingco.com.au to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. I'll reply within 30 days.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, email me first and I'll sort it out. If that doesn't resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Big changes will be emailed to the list.
